Tariffs incoming at 25% – minutes left to play Canada’s best cards and fuckwit Trudeau goes on TV to threaten America with his insufferable “robust” jargon. Trump will soon respond to the empty “forceful” threats issued by Trudeau and it will be “clutch” as the kids say. The 25% tariffs were just the beginning. We could have faced tariffs with courage if only our economy had been managed properly. We might have shaken tariffs off with bold action on the border (not likely – Trump’s blowing smoke). Instead, Trudeau went on French language TV days ago and claimed there was “no problem” at the border. He must have believed that no bilingual Canadians would love America enough to rat him out. (He’s not very attuned with the Québécois, for a Québec MP.)
If Canada does not want what is best for America, it will be treated as its enemy. Targeted tariffs will soon follow and that 25% could easily rise if Canada tries to apply more “pressure” on Trump. Who advised Trudeau? Was it Mark Carney or that butter tart Mélanie Joly who once boasted that Canada would “suffocate” Russia with its sanctions? How’s that suffocation plan working out Mélanie? Far too many Canadians think they can fight or win a trade war with America. You’ve been deep-throating too much CBC dick if you swallow that for a single minute. Oh yes, it’s time to get crude. You generations of cowards who kept voting for the lesser of federal evils, you’re out of runway.
Firing up a trade war with America at the peak of Trump’s MAGA ignition is like hitting a charging Kodiak bear with pepper spray. It only guarantees a gruesome ravaging. In the end Canadians will either drag Trudeau’s Liberals to a tar and feathering or “die screaming alongside him” as John Wick would say. If Canada screws Alberta (again) then it should accept Trump’s deal and become the 51st state. Newfoundland would be smart to line up for 52nd. Québec? It’s a sovereign nation, Canada’s stupidity won’t change that. Trump may even guarantee it. In 1995 who could have imagined that Québec would gain its shot at emancipation by simply outliving Canada? It’s like some kind of beautiful Québécois beach dream hatched in the warm South Florida sun.
Canada will not survive getting kicked this hard while everyone was down. This lie built atop of dead children, this resource whore masquerading as a nation, this censoring, gun-confiscating, debanking British Empire cold sore is done.
