USAID was NOT devoted to feeding poor starving children with swollen little tummies. The “AID” part did not stand for anything synonymous with help. The “A” stood for “agency”. USAID was a hive of agents laundering billions (of U.S. tax dollars) through NGOs and private companies (like Poynter and its AI social media bots or Freedom House and their pinworm Sarah Kendzior). They propagated dark fuckery under the guise of “international development”. Their version of “development” did NOT drill wells for clean drinking water or build free schools. That’s a public relations mirage. Their “development” was rather a thuggery akin to the tenderizing of sovereign political meat. Until this week, USAID was a political butcher serving an imperial status quo.
USAID “development” could be accomplished with economic marinades like: bribes, grants and loans. It could also be accomplished with harsher tenderizers like: propaganda, media exploitation and industrial sabotage. Too often “development” was accomplished with sharp-edged tools like: assasinations, revolutions or worse – much worse. Either way, a country would be tenderized. Once ready to accept “American interests” it would be cooked up like a steak and consumed. THAT was the brutal power of the USAID, twice the size of the CIA and equally corrupt. Anyone who cries for the demise of the USAID is either a criminal or perniciously ignorant. If only lavish expenditures in DEI dumfuckery had been their only crime!
Need an example of a USAID crime? In the late 90’s the USAID played a key part in the forcible sterilization of indigenous Peruvians, living descendants of the Inca. It was deemed a “population control” health measure. (U.S. “interests” simply wanted their land.) Don’t look for any deep ideology in USAID atrocities. For most of its history the USAID simply did what they were told and administrations (Democrat and Republican) lined up to fund them. Though control was the end goal, some crimes (like harvesting biometric data from HIV patients given fake vaccines) were meant to assist “select industry partners”. (AI weapons that target biometric signatures are already in development thanks to those type of USAID side hustles.)
USAID had always pushed the fuckery of its CIA-adjacent “state craft” with propaganda campaigns (like Cuba’s fake Twitter scandal under Rajiv Shah) but, the Obama administration elevated USAID to a full-fledged war incubator in 2014 during Ukraine’s “Euromaidan”. USAID, with its Kyiv headquarters in the same compound as the US embassy, pumped billions into Ukraine under Rajiv Shah to “counter corruption”. This “effort” sparked the Russo-Ukrainian War in Donbas. It’s this proxy war which eventually provoked Russia and birthed the current Ukraine War. One main goal (other than weakening Russia) was weapons development, specifically the testing of AI-driven weapons. The USAID was balls deep in AI “industry applications”.
As detestable as Rajiv Shah was, no one equals the recently ousted head of USAID Samantha Power. She looks great on paper but, don’t be fooled by her quippy chats with Stephen Colbert. There’s a reason why countries like Georgia and Azerbaijan have kicked her USAID out of their country. In 2023, her USAID machinations intentionally sparked skirmishes in the long-contested region of Nagorno-Karabakh. (Politico described millions she spent as “aid” but Politico is media funded by USAID.) While reviving and exploiting the pain of the Armenian genocide, her agents directed a caravan of unarmed Armenian farmers directly into the path of danger during Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin corridor. They were promised a logging road around the blockade but instead met a tragic end.
Who murdered these people? They were mostly women, children and the elderly. Both sides (Azerbaijan and Armenia) vehemently denied responsibility. Their troops (and most able-bodied men) were miles away fighting each other when this massacre occurred overnight on a quiet hillside pass. Both sides agreed, the remote location must have been betrayed. USAID agents (the last to ever see these people alive) likely meant to sacrifice these people in order evoke the spectre of “ethnic cleansing”. They hoped to stoke anti-Russian sentiment with a “Bucha Massacre” style press junket but, the massacre was so brutal (rape and mutilations), so violent and vicious (torture prior to death), it sparked a suspicion that was squarely directed towards the USAID.
Azerbaijan and Armenia thereafter concluded that their greater enemy was not Russia (too busy in Ukraine to bother enforcing a cease-fire) or each other, it was the USAID working in tandem with NATO and the EU. (The EU had long wanted Armenia and the USAID had been hard at work meddling in its elections as it “secured” its “democracy”.) Both countries then took measures to curb further USAID influence in their respective countries. Their conflict cooled (once again) soon after. Other countries like Serbia and Georgia soon followed suit. Only months ago Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze claimed USAID funding was “used to incite revolutions” and he too kicked the USAID out of Georgia before anything like the Lachin corridor massacre could take place.
Now Elon Musk and his young crackerjacks are tearing open USAID records, opening encrypted files and getting to the bottom of this. When he’s done we may receive a deluge of sickening revelations certain to turn the stomach of any true humanitarian. Americans have been funding, celebrating and some are now defending – monsters. What’s that? You had NO idea? How could you know? How could a lazy nobody like me (with a very limited interest or attention span) know any of this? This information was never hard to find. (It only takes the slightest intellectual curiosity.) And those Armenian women in the Lachin corridor; as it happens, I saw their bodies photographed soon after the sun came up that day. Trust me, you don’t want me to describe the scene. If I described it, it would change your life and threaten your sanity. It was THAT horrible.
Note: Ukraine seemed to delight in adding Elon Musk to their Myrotvorets kill list a few years back and never took the threats to his family very seriously. Closing and possibly dismantling USAID will not only cut funding to Ukraine, it will serve as apt comeuppance.
